Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love and be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us! However, we understand there may be times when you need to make a return or exchange. 

Returns and exchanges are allowed up to 30 days of confirmed delivery by the carrier. The length of time in which the request is received will determine if a refund to the original payment method or store credit will be issued.

Return and exchange requests will be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping fees (if applicable), to the original method of payment, only within the first 7 days of confirmed delivery by the carrier. After this time, only store credit will be issued.

  • Exchanges can only be made for the same item that was purchased. All exchanges are based on item availability at the time the request is received. In the event the item is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be issued based on the refund and exchange policy listed above. 

The store credit amount will reflect the total purchase amount for items returned, minus all shipping fees (if applicable).

Once items have been received and inspected, please allow 3-7 days for the refund to reflect on the original payment method or for store credit to be issued. For all exchanges, a shipping confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of item receipt. E-gift cards for store credit will ONLY be sent to the email that was used for the original purchase. 

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Go to our Returns/Exchange Portal and complete the steps  
  2. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange 
  4. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 Please note the following for The Woo Wardrobe to honor any store credits according to the policy:

  1. Item(s) must be new, and in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed and stain-free
  2. Item(s) must have tags affixed and in their original packaging.
  3. Receipt or proof of purchase and purchase details   

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. However, a label will be provided after the return request has been approved. The refund amount will reflect the total purchase amount, minus the return shipping fees.  

If you would like to receive the item(s) before the return process is complete, you may place another order and receive a store credit for the initial purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any concerns. If items are damaged, photos will be required before any refund approval. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Customized items of any kind
  • Sunglasses
  • Swimwear
  • Hats/Headwear
  • Lingerie and other intimates
  • Bodysuits
  • Beauty care products
  • Items visibly worn
  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Gifts or promotional items
  • Discounted, sale, and clearance items

Please ensure all address information is listed accurately to avoid any delivery issues. Items returned to us marked "undeliverable" will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Returns requested due to this will have shipping costs and restocking fees deducted before being issued.
